PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has begun a two- day campaign tour of Osun state with the state chapter of the party in an extensive mobilization for the visitation.
‘The Presidential hopeful will pay homage to His Royal Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, ditto the Owa Obokun of Ijeshaland and the Ataoja of Osogbo. He will round off activities with a closed- door meeting with religion and business stakeholders and leaders of the party while the presidential rally holds tomorrow’ Mallam Olawale Rasheed, who is the Director , Media and Publicity, Atiku / Okowa Presidential Campaign Council, submitted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Tuesday.
The statement quoted the Chairman of the Atiku / Okowa Presidential Campaign Council , Osun state, Hon Sunday Bisi to have further noted that the state ‘is set to host the PDP presidential candidate’.
‘Osun is PDP and Atiku Abubakar will win Osun by more than 70 percent. Across the local governments, our party enjoys massive support. Our popular Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke is a huge asset to the Atiku / Okowa campaigns’ he said.
The State Caretaker Chairman of the party, Dr Akindele Adekunle corroborated the position of Hon Bisi, declaring that majority of the Osun state people are ready to vote for the PDP and its candidates.
