Abducted Benue Information Commissioner Regains Freedom
Benue state Commissioner of Information, Culture and Tourism, Mathew Abo, who was abducted on Sunday, has regained his freedom.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that he was released in the early hours of Thursday, and he was said to have reunited with his family at about 1:00am.
Abo was abducted at his residence in Zaki-Biam community , Ukum Local Government, Benue state on Sunday night. He is an indigene of Zaki-Biam.
This had come barely two months after getting sworn in as member of the Benue state Executive Council. Recall that Governor Hyacinth Alia had inaugurated his cabinet on August 29, 2023.
