Professor Abubakar Rasheed on Monday resigned from his position as Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission, NUC.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the former NUC boss has also disclosed that he would be returning to the Bayero University Kano as a lecturer.
Rasheed was appointed as Executive Secretary of NUC seven years ago.
