Executive Chairman of Kwara state Universal Basic Education Board, (ĶWSUBEB), Professor Sheu Raheem Adaramaja has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin, Maimartarbah Seriki Muslumi Al-Ilory, Alhaji Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR on his 83rd Birthday anniversary.
