A 500-Level Mechanical Engineering student at the Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti state, Ayomide Oduntan, has collapsed and died after taking his final exam.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned Oduntan had been seen in a video where he had celebrated with others after taking his final examination, he later collapsed and died .
Oduntan , who would have celebrated his 21st birthday in October, was said to have been rushed to the health facility at the institution for medical attention but was however confirmed as a Brought –In-Dead patient.
‘He called his mother after taking his final examination on Thursday last week to tell her that he had finished and that he was signing out.
Then somebody from the school just called the following day that the boy has died. A final year student who was just signing out with all the money spent; in a private university.
Somebody that was still celebrating his sign out as late as 7pm on Thursday and they said he collapsed and died just like that. Some family members went there on Saturday.
