Allegations Of Anti-Party Activities: Osun APC Cautions Members Against Hasty Decisions

The leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun state has urged members and leaders of the party in the state  to exercise restraint  and tread cautiously as they seek to instill discipline in the party.

 State  APC Secretary , Alhaji Alao Olabisi Kamoru, in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com  by the party’s Director of Media and Information, Chief Kola Olabisi cautioned party members against hasty decisions on allegations of anti-party activities.

Alao disclosed that a decision was taken during the last meeting of stakeholders in the party at the state level that any issue bordering on the review of the activities and strengthening of the party before, during and after the recently held general election would be handled by an 11-member committee drawn from each of the nine federal constituencies in the state at a future date.

The statement added that what the party ‘is currently working on is the inauguration of the committee which would not be done under the table’.

Alao noted  that based on this directive from the party at the state level, suspension of any member of the party  that had been carried out by any organ of the party so far ‘is a nullity, without any effect and should be disregarded’.
