‘Coalition’ is in the air, PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has disclosed that he had been in touch with Alhaji Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, who is the NNPP presidential candidate..
He has also hinted at a possible emergence of a ‘coalition’ ahead of the 25 February 2023 presidential election.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned the former Vice President, who said this during an interview with the BBC Hausa service, disclosed that he had also been ‘talking’ and getting in touch with the Labour Party (LP) Presidential Candidate, Mr Peter Obi submitting that the former Anambra state governor and Kwankwaso are not in any way a threat to his chances in the election.
‘I see no threat because we are not together with them (Kwankwaso and Obi). We are in talk with them, one of them may possibly come’ he said.
‘Each party has its internal crisis; we are still talking with them. Most of them are neither in PDP nor in other parties and definitely that will not make us lose the election because we are okay with the preparations for the elections now.
Election is not like in the past when a governor will dictate who to vote for, election today is in the hands of the voters’ he also submitted while responding to question on intraparty conflict in his party; the PDP.
Atiku has also promised to open all borders in the country if elected as president -Team@orientactualmags.com
