Babalola, Tejidini, Kale Oloje, Other Political Figures In Attendance As Yahaya Darosa Receives Honorary Doctorate From CIPRMP In Ilorin
Managing Director/CEO of Darosa Properties Management and Construction Ltd, Hon Makanjuola Yahaya Lanre Darosa has been inducted into the 2025 Hall of Fame of the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics (CIPRMP) and also honoured with ‘ honorary Doctorate’ by the organization.
CIPRMP is an International Institute that has its headquarters in Ghana with Liaison offices in Nigeria, Cote d’ivoire, Liberia and Kenya.
Team@orientaactualmags.com reports that Hon Makanjuola Yahaya Lanre Darosa received the honorary doctorate fellow at an investiture ceremony presided over by Dr Seye Philips, Executive Director, CIPRMP, West Africa and Mr Lanre Sadiq, Head of Nigerian Correspondence office at the Top & Glaz, Warah Road, Ilorin, Kwara State on Sunday.
Dignitaries at the event include Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Ilorin, Princess Olubukola Babalola, General Manager, KWASIP, Dr AbdulWasiu Tejidini, Secretary, Ilorin West local government , Alhaji Salman Saka, who represented the chairman, Hon Shehu Ladan, Hon Kale Oloje, Chairman of Ilorin West APC, Hon Sulaiman Tejidini, Mr Oba Sulaiman Kadir, an Assistant Commissioner of Police, Hon Abdulmajeed AbdulWahab Temidire aka Aburo Gomina, Dr Zainab Balogun Gegele, Coordinator, Star Women Political Group, Alhaji Ismail Olayinka, CEO of Orange & Sons Ltd, Governor Abdulrazaq’s Technical Assistant on Transport Matters, Hon Musbau Abubakar, Hon Ajape and Hon Moruf Onibonoje, who are councilors in Ilorin West local government, and Alhaji Tunde Akanbi of Salman Shagaya Foundation.
In his speech, Dr Seye Philips noted that CIPRMP has continued to equip individuals with the tools to contribute positively to their communities and nations through high-value conferences, specialized training programmes, and professional certifications while adding that ‘one of our core missions is to identify and honour individuals who embody the values we hold dear. These individuals, through their dedication integrity, and contributions have become shining examples for others to follow’.
He noted that Hon Makanjuola Yahaya Lanre Darosa possesses outstanding qualities that have made him a pillar within his sphere of influence while acknowledging his strong work ethics, discipline, self-confidence, flexibility, creativity, winning attitude, balanced optimism and above all, his positive attitude towards life generally.
‘On an inter-personal level, he is well-loved, affectionate, selfless, kind, and he has indeed proved himself as a distinguished leader, and an entrepreneur who has become a shining example especially in the real estate industry’ he said.
Hon Darosa was honoured with ‘Professional Fellowship Doctorate in Real Estate Development and Strategic Business Management in West Africa’.
CEO of Top & Glaz, Mr. Yahaya Tope was also inducted into the 2025 Hall of Fame and honoured with Professional Fellowship Doctorate in Real Estate Development and Strategic Business Management in West Africa at the event.
CIPRMP called Mr Yahaya Tope a man of integrity, a seasoned professional, a reputable and intelligent gentleman, and a visionary leader while adding that his accomplishments serve as a testament to the power of ethical leadership, responsible business practices, and a genuine desire to contribute to the greater good of humanity.
One of the attendees of the event, Hon Jimoh Idris aka blinkers, said Hon Darosa is worthy of the honour and the award citing his responsible dealings as a realtor and his philanthropic activities.
Hon Musbau Abubakar,who is Governor Abdulrazaq’s Technical Assistant on Transport Matters, also told Team@orientactualmags.com that unlike what many will do in most cases when it has to do with realtors, no one will however ever think of having ‘cautious interaction’ with Hon Darosa because he does not engage in dishonest practices.
