‘It’s true, His Excellency today suspended the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice and Public Order for joining the suit challenging the legality of EFCC without informing him’ Alia’s spokesman, Kula Tersoo, submitted on Wednesday.
The suit which was instituted by the Kogi State Government and 15 other states is contesting the constitutionality of the laws that made the EFCC and the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit come into being.
