Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State was on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium to cheer the State of Harmony’s football team, the Kwara United Football Club.
He joined the management, coaching crew, and supporters to cheer the Kwara United Football Club as they came on to the field in their tough encounter with Asante Kotoko of Ghana.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that the governor commended the fighting spirit and the commitment of the players while wishing them a victorious outing in Nigeria next week.
‘The governor not only funded the team for the encounter, but also supported members of the state chapter of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) for the live coverage of the match which made them provide instant updates and allowed the people of the state and other Nigerians to get informed of developments.
