While explaining the difference between the comfort zone and the growth zone, Dankazeem also noted that  though  most people operate within their comfort zone, real success will however according to him come from reaching our growth zone and ‘to do this, we have to leave the comfort zone and take a journey through our fear zone and learning zones before we can reach the growth zone’.

He also talked about importance of each of the ‘zones’.

‘The comfort zone is a place of security and familiarity, it is a place where we live comfortably and at ease, and where we are able to function without too much stress or anxiety. While the comfort zone can be a great place to relax and recharge, it can also become a trap if we become too comfortable and start to resist change and growth.

To deal with the comfort zone, it is important to find a balance between enjoying the security and familiarity it provides and pushing ourselves to step out of our comfort and try new things.

This can be as simple as trying new challenge at workplace. By stepping out of our comfort zone, we are able to grow and learn new things, which can lead to greater success and fulfillment in life.

The fear zone is a place of fear and stress: it is a place where we feel overwhelmed and uncertain, and where we may struggle to think clearly or make decisions. While the fear zone can be a temporary place of discomfort, if we stay in it for too long, it can lead to anxiety and burnout.

To deal with the fear zone, it is important to take a step back and assess the situation. This may mean seeking out support from friends, family, or a therapist, and finding ways to reduce stress and manage our workload. It is also important to remember that the fear zone is a temporary place, and with two and effort, we can move back into a place of comfort and stability.

In navigating those four zones, we gain valuable insight about ourselves and the world around us. Each zone contributes to our personal development, allowing us to become more resistant, adaptable, and fulfilled individuals.

Remember that life’s journey is not about staying in one zone but about embracing the ebb and flow between them, banning and growing as we go, and ultimately creating a life that is with experiences and accomplishments. Life is a journey that takes us through various zones, each with its own unique challenges and opportunities. The comfort zone provides a sense of security and familiarity, but it’s essential to strike a balance between enjoying its benefits and pushing ourselves to step out and explore the growth zone. Embracing change and trying new things allows us to learn and grow, loading to greater fulfillment and success’ he said.

The popular broadcaster also gave features of each of the zones and talked about knowing the right time to leave one zone for another.

‘Where what you do is routine and familiar. A state of physical ease and freedom from pain or constraint.

You should step out of your comfort zone to pursue your personal growth of staying in comfort zone you think it is safe {safety} and sense of control but it leads to stagnation and boredom.

Some decided to be in comfort zone because of fear of the unknown. What leads to fear zone are low self-confidence, excuses, pensive on problems and obstacle, then procrastination.

It is when you are ready to leave the fear zone that you go to learning zone. In learning zone, you face challenges, see opportunities, problem solving, acquisition of new skills, expanding of comfort zone.

Then finally to growth zone, where you have ambiguous grade, higher purpose, vision, talent, development, self-growth and self-motivation.

How to step out of your comfort zone and step into your growth zone.

Surround yourself with confident people,  take your step by step, consider the worst would happen, start small to create habits, reward yourself for doing uncomfortable things and visualize a place where you lead calmly’ he said.
