Defamatory Video: Content Creator Ajibare Oluwasegun Apologizes To Saraki
A content creator, Ajibare Oluwasegun Gbemileke, known on social media as ‘Ajibare Talks’, has apologized to former Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki for the defamatory video he posted earlier this year which contained false statements about the former Kwara State governor.
In a letter dated October 28, 2025, which was signed by his counsel, Lawal Y. Aderayo, Esq. of Ajala Olarinoye & Co., Abuja, the content creator expressed deep remorse for the ‘pain and inconveniences” caused by the social media post in question between July 16 and September 17, 2025’.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Oluwasegun’s lawyer, in the letter, titled ‘Letter of Apology’, acknowledged the ‘gravity of his client’s behaviour’ and described the incident as ‘a profound wake-up’ for the young content creator while adding that Ajibare now understands ‘the seriousness of his action and the impact it has had on a reputable politician, a mentor to many Nigerians, and a father figure’.
The content of the video, Oluwasegun noted, was not intended to defame or disparage Dr. Saraki’s long-standing reputation, which was built over the years’.
He also that the video in question had since been deleted.
‘Our client sincerely apologizes for any reputational loss that it might have caused and humbly brings to your notice that the video has been deleted immediately his attention was drawn to it’ the lawyer added.
