Delta PPRO To Daniel Tegha: Bobrisky , James Brown Have Not Committed ‘Punishable Offence’

Spokesman for the Nigeria Police Force in Delta state ,Bright Edafe, a Deputy Superintendent of Police, has clarified that transgender people in the country have not committed a punishable offence.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Edafe said this while reacting to the comments made by a Twitter influencer, Daniel Regha sequel to the arrest of guests at a gay wedding in Warri, Delta state last week.

Regha had called for the arrest of Idris Okuneye aka Bobrisky and James Brown, adding that the police would need to make an example of them.
‘Bobrisky, James Brown, Eni & others who are championing cross-dressing are still walking free. Until these people are prosecuted, many will continue to emulate.
Arresting 100 cross-dressers in Delta is one thing, but why ignore their mentors? The police should make an example of ’em’ he wrote.
‘Daniel, get your facts right. They were not arrested for cross-dressing; they were arrested for conducting and attending a gay wedding ceremony.
Bring a part of the law that stipulates punishment for cross-dressing or categorizes it as an offence’ Edafe however submitted-Team@orientactualmags.com
