Do Me Proud By Voting For My Husband, Titi Atiku Begs Co-Osun Citizens  As Saraki Explains Significance Of  Guber Election Outcome

Ahead of the 2023 presidential election, Mrs. Titi Aminat Abubakar on Wednesday urged voters in Osun state to do her proud by voting for her husband, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

She told PDP members and supporters at the presidential campaign rally held at the Freedom Park, Osogbo that she got married to Atiku decades ago and they are still together, voters in Osun state will therefore do her proud if they support and vote for her husband, who is the PDP presidential candidate.

Revealing her father’s nickname ‘otisese’, Titi , an indigene of Ilesha, disclosed how she facilitated the construction of Osogbo-Ilesha road project when her husband was the Vice President promising to do more if Atiku becomes the president.

Calling her  husband  a unifier , she added that Atiku as president  will ensure security of lives and property and good education  for the young Nigerians.

‘ I know there is hunger in the land  and this was brought by the APC but Atiku will change things for the better. Go and collect  your PVC and vote for him .

He has also promised that  60%  of his cabinet will comprise  young people and women   and I know that  he keeps his word’ she said.

Addressing party members and supporters, Atiku promised to  tackle insecurity  and unemployment if elected  as president next year.

The former Vice President noted  that he had only come to thank  Osun state people  for returning PDP to power in the state while stating the need for them to  strengthen this ‘authority’ by voting for   him in the upcoming presidential election for  the greater good of the people.

He promised to address issues including  unemployment ,  insecurity and  restructuring,  fix the nation’s poor economy  and provide  needed infrastructure to attract investments.

Atiku urged voters in Osun state to come out in large numbers on the Election Day  and vote for him to secure their  future and that of  their  children  saying ‘we will not fail you,  we are not new as far as governance is concerned in Nigeria’.

Speaking earlier , former Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki said the outcome of the July 16 Osun state gubernatorial election was a message to Nigerians  that the PDP will soon take over the control of government at the federal level.

He said the party that took over control of government in Osun state  in 2014  did  the same at the federal level  the following year , ditto 2018.

He urged Nigerians to vote for a  party that has a presidential candidate who  has the capacity to rebuild the country.

National Chairman of the party , former Senator Iyorchia Ayu  thanked Osun state people for producing the first PDP governor under his stewardship.

While preaching party unity and urging Nigerians to vote for PDP candidates at all levels,  Ayu also said Governor Adeleke had been asked to look into records and expose alleged  misappropriation of funds under  the former governor.

Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Lasun Yusuf  was formally received into the party by Ayu and other party leaders during the campaign rally.

Team@orientactualmags.com  learned Lasun ,who  had the privilege of addressing party members at 2.43pm shortly before Atiku gave his speech, sang a song  that contained innuendo and everybody knew that it was meant for the APC presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu- Team@orientactualmags.com
