Easter: Senator Francis Fadahunsi Congratulates Christians, Urges Them To Emulate Jesus Christ’s Sacrificial Acts
Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, has urged Nigerians, especially Christians, to use the occasion of the 2024 Easter celebration to pray for the country and emulate Jesus Christ’s selflessness .
In the Easter message made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his Media Adviser, Mr. Sam Segun-Progress, on Saturday, the senator , who represents Osun East, said Easter symbolizes Christ’s sacrificial acts , tolerance and limitless love, which, he noted, are however lacking in today’s world.
‘Easter celebration is the essence of Christianity and for us as Nigerians , we must start demonstrating the attributes that made Jesus different. The road to the cross, the judgment, the burial, and the ascension were a perfect demonstration of Jesus Christ’s sacrificial acts.
We Nigerians must be ready to sacrifice for the progress of the country. We must show love and live in peace.
We must emulate Christ. He left all to come and sacrifice for our redemption.
