Ebonyi Guber: Tribunal Sittings Venue Relocated To Abuja
The sittings venue of the Ebonyi state Election Petition Tribunal has been relocated from Abakaliki, Ebonyi state capital, to the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, with immediate effect.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned the tribunal’s Secretary, Nyior Henry Sekulla, who disclosed this in Abakaliki on Wednesday, said the directive was issued by the President of the Court of Appeal, Monica Dongban-Mensem, through the Deputy Chief Registrar, Election Petition Tribunal (EPT) Headquarters, Abuja.
He said all processes relating to matters before the tribunal would continue in Abuja.
Sekulla also disclosed that two other state election petition tribunals, including that of Rivers state, were among those that were relocated to Abuja- Team@orientactualmags.com
