Economic Hardship: Again, Senator Francis Fadahunsi Distributes 1,800 Bags Of Rice To Constituents In Osun

Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi has , once again, distributed bags of rice to his constituents, and this time around , a total of 1,800 bags of rice were made available to them.
Recall that the Federal Government had taken steps to ease things for the citizens following the removal of petrol subsidy and its concomitant economic hardships and provided sixty-two metric tonnes of 50kg through the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security for distribution to vulnerable Nigerians through the federal lawmakers.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that Senator Fadahunsi, who was represented by his Senior Legislative Aide, Hon Ayo Awodirepo, at the event, commended President Bola Tinubu for the action taken towards mitigating the effects of fuel subsidy removal on Nigerians.

According to him, this gesture of goodwill by the president which was made available to the masses through the National Assembly members is timely, strategic and impactful.
“This intervention is not only timely but impactful. It is also very strategic. It is indeed a strong response to the cries of the people. It shows that we now have a president that listens and takes actions.
On our path as a representative of the people, we will continue to do our best to ensure that they live well and enjoy maximum benefit of voting for us to represent them. We have track records of siding with the masses always regardless of the risk involved.
We won’t stop. We will continue to work very hard to make sure that our people do not feel full weight of the present harsh economy’ the federal lawmaker said.
Fadahunsi , who represents Osun East senatorial district, however called on the leaders of different groups that have collected the food item in question on behalf of their members, to ensure that the rice gets to the beneficiaries.
