EFCC Vs MGSL: KPRG Hails Supreme Court Ruling, Calls Saraki Transparent Leader
A group, the Kwara PDP Revival Group, (KPRG) , has hailed the Supreme Court ruling that overruled lower courts decisions including that of the Federal High Court that was delivered in 2018 in respect of the alleged N3.5 billion fraud case against Melrose General Services Limited.
The group in a statement issued in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital, by its Chairman, Hon. Olalekan Lawal Auto, and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com submitted that the Supreme Court’s decision was a vindication of Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki’s assertion a few years ago, that the lawsuit was actually filed to persecute him.
The group noted that it received the news of the favourable Supreme Court ruling with a lot of excitement while calling Saraki, who is the Waziri of Ilorin, a transparent and honest leader.
