Eid-li-Fitri: Kebbi Gov Attends Eid Prayer In Birni Kebbi, Restates Commitment To Justice, Fairness

Kebbi State governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, has promised to continue to make justice and fairness the guiding principles of his administration.

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, Mr Yahaya Sarki noted that he said this while talking to journalists after attending the Eid prayer in Birnin Kebbi on Sunday.

 Governor Idris restated his commitment to delivering democratic dividends and accelerating development across the state.

‘The year 2025 is a period of consolidation on the developmental strides we have embarked upon, focusing on urban and rural transformation and socioeconomic growth’ he stated.

He expressed gratitude to religious leaders and the people of Kebbi State for their continued prayers and support .

‘I appreciate the fervent prayers for my success as governor, including those offered by the Eid Imam and other Islamic clerics. I urge you to sustain these prayers and continue supporting my administration and that of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’ he added.

Governor Idris also called on the people to remain steadfast in supporting the All Progressives Congress (APC) for good governance, peace, and security.

 ‘As leaders, we remain committed to serving the nation and improving the well-being of our people’ he assured.

Earlier, the governor, accompanied by top government officials, had joined other Muslim faithful to perform the two- Raka’ah Eid-el-Fitr prayer at the Eid Prayer Ground.
