Eid-li-Fitri: Senator Francis Fadahunsi Congratulates Muslims, Urges Them To Attach Importance To Living ‘A Godly Life’ After Ramadan

Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi has congratulated  the Muslim  community in Osun East senatorial district , Osun state and the country as a whole on the successful completion of the fasting period.

The federal lawmaker, who represents Osun East in the senate, has however urged Muslims in the country to internalize all the lessons derived from the observance of fasting during the month of Ramadan, and sustain the virtues of self -denial, dedication, love and right way of living among others.

 Senator Fadahunsi in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com  by his Media Adviser;  Mr Sam Segun-Progress, said the godly life that people had lived  during  the month of Ramadan would make the world a better place if adopted and sustained by all  after the fasting period.

The Senator congratulated the Muslim faithful and commended them for their commitment, selflessness and the exhibition of unconventional love during the month of Ramadan while urging  them to continue to pray for peace and progress of the country in general and Osun state in particular.

He said : ‘The love, selflessness,  unity of purpose and commitment shown during this fasting period will surely take us to our destination faster than we can imagine, if we can continue with it.

I encourage the Muslim faithful not to relent in their prayers for the nation and our leaders’ .

Fadahunsi added that it is only through prayers and hard work that Nigeria can get out of the current situation the country’ s economy is grappling with.
