Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, a Kwara South Community Developer,  has congratulated Mr. Cornelius Oluwasegun Adebayo on his appointment as Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of the National Agricultural Land Development Authority (NALDA).
