Ex-Gov Abdulfatah Ahmed, Oro College Of Education Provost Mourn Oba Abdulrafiu Ajiboye’s Passing

Former governor of Kwara state, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed has commiserated with the people of Oro kingdom over the passing of the Oloro of Oro, His Royal Majesty, Oba Abdulrafiu Olaniyi Ajiboye Oyelaran l.
Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Sunday described the late Oba Abdulrafiu Ajiboye as a compassionate , courageous, and an unrelenting promoter of justice who lived with the ideals of peace, honesty and unity.
The former Kwara state governor also noted that the monarch’s passing has left a vacuum in the Oro kingdom that might not be easily filled while adding that his warmth and wise counsels will be sorely missed.
He prayed that Almighty Allah will accept the late monarch into His perpetual light and also grant his immediate family and the entire people of Oro kingdom the fortitude to bear the loss.
Members of the management team of the Kwara state College of Education, Oro , also offered their condolences on Saturday calling the late Oba Ajiboye a father figure and a lover of peace.
The institution in a statement issued in Oro and made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by the Registrar, Dr. Amuda – Kannike Abdulkareem, noted that the late king had stood by the college at every point of its needs and he will therefore be greatly missed.

The sad event occurred today, Saturday, 23rd March, 2024.
The Late Oba Ajiboye was very religious, he was a community leader, a father figure to many people and a lover of peace.
He believed so much in the growth and development of his kingdom, Kwara state and Nigeria as a whole. We recall how the late king stood by the college at every point of its needs. He will be greatly missed.
Kwara state College of Education, Oro, shares the pains of the people of Oro Kingdom and the entire Irepodun Local Government over the king’s exit.
