Former Secretary to the State Government , Osun state, Alhaji Kazeem Adio was among dignitaries that attended the 43rd Inter- House Sports Competition organized by Adeife Sodipe-Akindeko Memorial Primary School Bariga ,Lagos on Friday.
Also at the event were Mrs. Temitope Akato, Engineer Ajiboye, Alhaji Awayewaserere and Dr Okpah.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the school which was formerly called Abule Okuta primary school has Mrs. Adejayan B .J as its current Head Teacher.
The former SSG , a product of the primary school in question, also has one of the houses, the Green House, named in his honour.
Giving his speech, Alhaji Kazeem Adio advised pupils at the primary school on how to set career goals ,gain confidence and leadership skill and know what can help them to achieve greatness.
He also noted that the purpose of organizing inter-house sports competition is to inculcate the spirit of healthy competition among the pupils and encourage such within the school.
The inter-house sports competition is according to him important when it comes to school life.
Also speaking, the Head Teacher, Mrs. Adejayan B .J thanked the staff and pupils at the primary school for their support and cooperation while noting that the Inter -House activities will give all the pupils the opportunity to participate in representative sport, and other activities and help to enhance self- esteem, develop self-confidence and encourage leadership and teamwork-
