Family Formally Announces Death Of Soji Adagunodo
The Adagunodo family has formally announced the death of a former Osun state lawmaker, Hon Soji Adagunodo .
The family in a joint statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by Olasoji Akinola Oluwatukesi (Jnr) and Jimi Oluwatukesi noted that the deceased politician, who was born on July 2nd, 1961 , died at 62.
‘The Family of Adagunodo Oluwatukesi wishes to announce the passing of their beloved, brother, father and an illustrious son, Hon. Clement Olasoji Adagunodo , a sad event that took place yesterday in a hospital in the United States of America after a short illness.
Hon. Adagunodo gave up the ghost late yesterday (early this morning, Nigerian time).
Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo was a member of the Osun State House of Assembly between 2003 and 2007.
He was also the Deputy Chief Whip of Osun state House of Assembly between 2003 and 2007.
Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo was the State Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, he served as chairman between 2018 and 2021 before getting elevated to the position of the National Vice Chairman of the party in the South West on November 25, 2021
Hon. Adagunodo was the National Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, South West until his death.
He was also a member of the National Working Committee of the party by virtue of his position as National Vice Chairman of the party and also a member of the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Hon. Adagunodo attended the Polytechnic, Ibadan, he received a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and also a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo was a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Nigeria, (FNIQS).
