Farmer Angrily Attacks 4 Men Caught Stealing His Cocoa, Kola Nuts In Ondo…Kills 2…Now In Police Custody
A farmer, Mr Adegoke, has been arrested and taken into custody by the police in Ondo State.
He was arrested for killing two people among the four people he had caught stealing cocoa, kola nuts and other farm produce at his farm in Ore, headquarters of Odigbo Local Government, Ondo State last week.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that his motorcycle and other items had been stolen in the past and he had angrily attacked the chaps.
‘Some suspected thieves had been stealing Adegoke’s farm produce. Before now, his cocoa, kola nuts, and plantains had been missing from his farm often. The thieves had also stolen his motorcycle on the same farm.
But he caught some people there again and beat them to a pulp, and in the process, two died, while others were injured’ a source reportedly submitted.
Spokesperson for the state police command, Funmilayo Odunlami, has not only confirmed Adegoke’s arrest but also added that investigation is underway.
