Former Kano Rural Devt Commissioner Leaves NNPP For APC One Month After Cabinet Reshuffle

A prominent politician in Kano State, Alhaji Abbas Sani Abbas has left the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) for the All Progressives Congresses (APC).
Abbas Sani Abbas was the Commissioner for Rural and Community Development until the cabinet dissolution by Governor Abba Yusuf last month.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that he announced his decision to leave NNPP for APC during his visit to the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau I. Jibrin, in Kano.
Senator Barau also commented on this development on social media platforms on Friday night.
‘Joined by the Chairman of our party in Kano State, Prince Abdullahi Abbas (Ɗan Sarki, Jikan Sarki), and other party leaders, we proudly embraced Hon. Abbas, a dedicated grassroots mobiliser to our party.
