Gbemisola Saraki Renews APC Membership At Ward Secretariat In Ilorin, Pays Condolence Visit To Family Of Late Chief Imam
Hajia Gbemisola Ruqayyah Saraki, a former Minister of State for Transportation and former Minister of State for Mines and Steel Development, who is an APC bigwig, has renewed her membership of the party at Ajikobi Central Ward, Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com  by the Press Secretary of The GRS Movement, Mr Ridwan Ajadi Adisa noted that the former minister, who also represented Kwara Central in the senate between 2003 and 2011, participated in the ongoing registration of new members and ‘membership renewal’ exercise being carried out by the APC on Thursday.

Addressing party members and supporters after renewing her APC membership, she emphasized the critical importance of the exercise noting that it will help to strengthen the party’s foundation.
‘I urge all existing members, as well as prospective members, to ensure that they participate in the ongoing e-registration exercise before the end of the deadline. Active and documented membership is the bedrock of our party’s strength and our collective progress’ she submitted.
In the meanwhile, Hajia Gbemisola Ruqayyah Saraki has also paid a solemn condolence visit to the family of the late Chief Imam of Ilorin, His Eminence, Sheikh Muhammad Bashir Saliu,
She expressed her deep sympathies and commiserated with them over the passing of the revered religious and community leader.
Hajia Gbemisola Ruqayyah Saraki described the late Chief Imam as a pillar of wisdom, peace, and unity while also noting that he has left an indelible mark on the Ilorin Emirate and the entire Muslim community
