Gov Abdulrazaq Appoints Jerry Kolo As Media Aide
A former student unionist and an activist, Comrade Jerry Kolo, has been appointed as Senior Special Assistant on Media and Public Relations by Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.
The governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr Rafiu Ajakaye , who announced this in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Friday , noted that the upwardly mobile Kolo, an indigene of Patigi local government, was until his appointment the chairman of the Kwara North Development Council (KWANDCO).
Kolo, who is Mrs. Sarah Jubril’s associate, had for years now been a committed and loyal member of the APC.
Sarah Jubril, a social reform proponent and a philanthropist. is a former presidential aspirant.
The Governor has also appointed Abdulgafar Ahmed Abiola popularly called ‘Cute Abiola’, as Special Assistant on Creative Industries. Cute Abiola is a household name in the fast-growing skit (comic) industry in Nigeria.
AbdulRazaq has also named Ogundele Joseph Olabisi as Special Assistant on Community Engagement.
