Gov Adeleke Talks About Longstanding Love For Music, Other Issues During Q&A Session With Daughter On Instagram
Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun state, explained on Saturday that his love for music is longstanding while asserting that he has proved people wrong in respect of the notion that a governor cannot love to dance and still get things done for his or her people.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the governor shared his thoughts on issues during the Q&A Session held with his daughter, Adenike @nikos_babii on Instagram.
‘You are so beautiful and you look like me’ the governor told his daughter while responding to one of her questions adding that she is the only one that looks like him among his children ‘that is why we have a special bond’ Adenike said.
She also asked him about the day he was proud of her as his daughter?
‘The day you graduated’ the governor quipped.
A laugh-out-loud moment followed as they both recalled how the governor reacted when she informed him that she has received a degree from the university.
Nike thanked his father for showing her what she needed to do and for encouraging her never to give up.
‘Iam proud of you because you are doing it very well and there have been instances when some women would stop me to ask if Iam the father of bikos babbi? You are doing what you know how to do best and I will encourage you to keep up the good work you are going from strength to strength and Iam enjoying it’ Adeleke also told his daughter.
The governor also talked about his love for music, and he said :
‘I love music even when you guys were growing up I used to ask you people to do dance competition and I will attach prizes and you were always winning you got that skill from me but a lot of Nigerian politicians they believe that once you are governor you should not have time for fun.
I have corrected that, I am not a fake person I like to be myself and I believe that there is time for everything. They underrated me and said this guy will just be dancing and not be serious, but I have done big for them’ .
The governor has also urged Adenike to find a good partner and get married.
‘I am now 28, I’m about to be 29 how do you feel about me not being married yet? She had asked the governor.
‘Better start getting ready to get married. That is the next thing. You think you are young? I am expecting all those your toasters, better bring one so you can come and tell me ‘Dad this is the one I’m gonna marry’ . Do you know that at the age of 27, 28 I got married and I had your brother Adesina?
You are now 28, I’m giving you one more year’ Adeleke submitted–Team@orientactualmags.com Do you have any information you wish to share with us? Do you want us to cover your event or programme? Kindly send SMS to 08059100286, 09094171980 or get in touch via orientactualmag@gmail.com. Thank you
