Gov Ademola Adeleke Receives 2024 NewsDirect Newspaper’s ‘Governor Of The Year’ Award
Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has received Nigerian Newsdirect Newspaper ‘s Governor of the Year award.
Nigerian NewsDirect which is one of the leading media outlets honoured Adeleke with the Governor of the Year Award 2024 during its 14th awards ceremony citing his achievements in Wealth Creation and Capacity Building.
The newspaper during the event honoured private and public sector achievers who have demonstrated exemplary leadership.
A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that the Anniversary Committee and Editorial board of the newspaper in the letter sent to the governor had noted that he was honoured with the award in recognition of the strides he has made with respect to rejigging the state’s cooperative economy to ensure that wealth is distributed across the board.
The newspaper also praised the governor for prioritizing capacity building through various educational and skill empowerment programmes.
‘Your achievements in creating wealth despite the odds that are not always in favour of Nigerians and your commitment to capacity building demonstrates your resilience in achieving economic prosperity for the people of Osun State’ the newspaper noted.
