Gov Idris Mourns The Death Of Kebbi LGSC Chairman, Attends His Funeral In Abuja

The governor of Kebbi state, Dr. Nasir Idris, the Kauran Gwandu, has expressed deep shock over the demise of the Chairman of the state Local Government Service Commission (LGSC), Alhaji Mansur Shehu.
Alhaji Mansur Shehu , who was until his death on Monday night, the Dan Galadiman Wazirin Gwandu, died in Abuja after a short illness.
Dr Idris in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr Yahaya Sarki said he was highly touched by the news of the passing of the late LGSC Chairman.
He described the late Alhaji Mansur Shehu as a dedicated and committed person while adding that the period he had served as Chairman of LGSC was momentous and hugely successful.
The governor also praised the deceased’s invaluable contribution to the reform of the operations of LGs in the state while noting that his death has created a wide vacuum that is too difficult to fill.
He prayed that Almighty Allah will grant him Aljannat Firdaus and give his family the formidable fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
