Guinea-Bissau’s Prime Minister Reportedly Collapses During Event At Presidential Palace, Hospitalized In Dakar
Guinea-Bissau’s Prime Minister, Braima Camara collapsed during an event at the Presidential Palace on Tuesday and he is currently hospitalized in Dakar, the capital of Senegal
AFP noted that a source said he collapsed while President Umaro Sissoco Embalo was giving his speech during the event in question.
Braima Camara, 57, who became the Prime Minister a few days ago, initially stood up but later collapsed.
‘At the end of the ceremony, he felt unwell and fainted’ AFP quoted a source as saying while adding that a Senegalese army plane was used to fly him to Dakar where he is currently hospitalized.
‘The prime minister is out of danger.
