Hawan Sallah: Katsina Emirate Council Receives Query Letter From Gov Radda
Katsina state Government has issued a query letter to the Katsina state Emirate Council asking it to explain the absence of some District Heads at the 1445 AH Eid-li-adha Hawan Sallah celebration.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that this was contained in a letter signed by Saki Rabiu Jibia, who is the Director of Administration and Supply, Government House.
The Emirate Council has been asked to provide reasons for the failure of some district heads to attend the event in question.
