Head of Service: Governor Ademola Adeleke Extends Samuel Aina’s Tenure

Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun state has announced that the state Head of Service, Elder Samuel Ayanleye Aina  will remain in office until 2026 noting that this extension of tenure will deepen and conclude ongoing reforms and revitalization of civil service in the State of the Living Spring.

Adeleke’s Special Adviser, Mallam Olawale Rasheed noted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com that the approval which was conveyed to the Head of service via a letter signed by the governor’s Chief of Staff. Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye cited constitutional powers conferred on the state Chief Executive with respect to the appointment of top civil service officials.

The  governor acknowledged the commitment of Elder Aina to efficient public service and productivity, appreciating his successful implementation of various public sector reforms after getting necessary approvals.

The governor further directed top officials of the civil service to continue to maintain strong discipline and teamwork for seamless implementation of his administration’s five- point agenda-Team@orientactualmags.com
