Heavily Pregnant Woman Abducted In Abeokuta As Gunmen Kill POS Agent In Ado-Ekiti
A heavily pregnant woman, Mrs. Ogunbunmi, has been kidnapped in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.
Mrs. Ogunbunmi reportedly left her residence in Oke Lantoro for the State Hospital, Ijaiye, Abeokuta but was however attacked and abducted before getting to the health facility.
Her husband, Ogunbunmi Lateef, disclosed that he had received a WhatsApp message notifying him of his wife’s abduction.
Spokesperson for the state police command, Omolola Odutola said the command is already aware of the incident.
‘One Ogunbunmi Lateef of Oke Lantoro, Abeokuta reported that his pregnant wife due for delivery left home for State Hospital, Ijaiye, Abeokuta.
He received a WhatsApp message confirming the abduction of his wife by unknown gunmen’ she said.
In separate incident in Ado –Ekiti, Ekiti state capital, gunmen attacked and killed a Point of Sale agent popularly called Alfa Taofeek in the teaching hospital road area of the city on Thursday.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the gunmen who came on a motorbike gunned down Alfa Taofeek , took his money and other valuables and left.
Cops later visited the scene of the incident and took his body to the morgue.
