How Corruption Hindered Me From Becoming A Footballer- Singer Crayon

Mavin artiste, Charles Chibuezechukwu popularly called Crayon, has disclosed that he had wanted to become a professional footballer but could not however achieve such an aspiration because of corruption.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Crayon said this in an interview with Cool FM on Thursday adding that he had gone for a football screening at the National Stadium but was not chosen because he had no money.
‘I tried to become a professional footballer but it didn’t work out for me because football in Nigeria is quite dicey.
There is a lot of corruption. I don’t want to mention names because it might hurt some people. They are big names; top officials.
At a time, I went for one screening in Surulere, they picked me, and they had to later dump me and pick someone else because the person had money and connections.
So, at that point, I became disappointed. I went home depressed’ he said-Team@orientactualmags.com
