Ignore Media Reports, Actor Ali Nuhu Not Dead-NFC
Media reports claiming that Mr Ali Nuhu is dead are untrue, the Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC) has clarified and submitted .
Ali Nuhu, a popular actor, is the Managing Director of the Nigerian Film Corporation.
Recall that the rumours had begun to spread when Ifeoma Chigbo made a video available on Facebook alleging that Nuhu had passed away.
Separate post later surfaced and claimed that the veteran actor and filmmaker had died in a fatal road crash.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the NFC in a statement issued on Monday evening by its Director of Public Affairs, Brian Etuk described the social media reports as false and malicious.
The statement asserted that Nuhu is alive, hale and hearty.
‘The attention of the Nigerian Film Corporation has been drawn to the purported passing of Dr. Ali Nuhu, its current Managing Director/Chief Executive being orchestrated within the social media space; and wishes to officially and unambiguously inform the general public that the reports, including videos laced with the pictures of Dr. Ali Nuhu are not only malicious, injurious but false in their entirety.
Dr. Ali Nuhu is alive, well and discharging the responsibilities of the office of NFC’s Chief Executive, since his appointment by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) on February 12, 2024.
NFC wishes to draw the attention of perpetrators of these uncouth and dastardly acts, including their sponsors of the dire and unmistakable consequences of their actions, no matter the innocuousness of their intent.
Meanwhile, appropriate measures have been initiated to arrest this ugly, baleful, and unsatisfactory conduct and trend.
