Ignore Misleading Message, No ‘Debt’ Has Been Cancelled, MTN Tells Subscribers
Mobile telecommunication provider, MTN, has clarified that the debts owed by subscribers have not been cancelled noting that the recent debt cancellation message transmitted through its subscriber network which had given them a wrong impression was actually a system error.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the Mobile telecommunication provider made this clarification on Saturday via a post on X.
‘Yello, we are aware that some of our customers’ xtratime debt was cleared. It was a system glitch, the airtime was not cleared.
