In Pictures: Kashim Imam Family Delegation Visits Atiku In Abuja, Asks For His Daughter’s Hand In Marriage
The Kashim Imam family has sent a ‘powerful’ delegation to the Asokoro residence of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar to seek his daughter’s hand in marriage.
Members of the delegation include former governor Nasir El-Rufai, National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, Senator Aminu Tambuwal and former governor Sule Lamido.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that this was made known in a statement issued by Alhaji Atiku’s Special Assistant on Broadcast Media, Mr AbdulRasheed Shehu, on Wednesday.
‘His Excellency Atiku Abubakar welcomed the family of Kashim Imam, led by former Kaduna state governor Nasir El-Rufai, to his Asokoro residence.
The delegation came to formally request the hand of his daughter, Hafsat Atiku Abubakar, in marriage.
Prominent dignitaries at the event include the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, and former governors Sule Lamido of Jigawa state and Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto state among others.
