In Pictures : Kebbi Governor Receives ‘Borneo Award’ In Malaysia

The governor of Kebbi state , Comrade Dr Nasir Idris,  the Kauran Gwandu,  has received an award  from the IBR Asia Group for his outstanding leadership qualities. 

The governor  was honoured with the prestigious ‘2023 IBR Borneo Award’  in Malaysia  in recognition of his outstanding leadership legacies when it comes to socio-economic development, a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Thursday by Mr. Yahaya Sarki, who is the governor’s Special Adviser on Media, submitted. . 

The governor, who was represented by his Deputy, Alhaji Umar Tafida, appreciated the IBR Asia Group for honouring him with the award.

He dedicated the award to the good people of Kebbi state and assured that it would motivate him to do more in all sectors of the economy.

‘This recognition is a profound testimony to the collective efforts of the people of Kebbi state, my dedicated team and the unwavering support from all the stakeholders in our beloved state’ he said.

Dignitaries  at the ceremony include the Premier of Sarawak, Mr Abang Abdul Rahman Zohari Abang and President of Malaysian Senate, Mr Roy Barreras. 

The Premier of Sarawak is the Head of Government of the Malaysian State of Sarawak.
