Iseyin Vacant Throne: Principal Player In ‘Coronation Process’, Ashiru Oroleye, Dies At 77
A development recorded in Iseyin , Oyo state , on Thursday may hinder the emergence of a new traditional ruler for the town and the coronation process.
The Aaba Odofin of Iseyin, Pa Ashiru Ajala Oroleye, who is an Oro priest that will play an important role in the coronation of a new Aseyin, died on Thursday.
Pa Ashiru Ajala Oroleye, who became the Aaba Odofin Aseyin about seven years ago, died after a short illness .
He died at 77.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned the coronation of a new Aseyin must be jointly presided over by the Aaba Odofin and other priests including the Oluwo Aseyin of Iseyin.
