ITF Announces Osun As South-West Zonal Headquarters
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) has announced Osun State as its South-West Zonal Headquarters, Governor Ademola Adeleke’s Special Adviser on Technical and Vocational Education, Arch.Dapo Ademola-Adesina, who made this disclosure, noted that he was informed by the ITF management on Monday.
Recall that Arch. Dapo had on May 30, 2024, during his visit to the agency, proposed collaboration with the Osun State Board for Technical and Vocational Education with respect to Vocational and Skill Training, Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA) as well as the Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).
Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Oluomo Kolapo Alimi noted in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com on Tuesday that to activate this proposal, the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the industrial Training Fund, Dr. Afiz Oluwatoyin Ogun, has already sent his team to inspect various vocational sites in the state on the 13th of August 2024.
