Kano : 37-Year-Old Man Stopped From Committing Suicide By Hanging Coz Of N2 Debt

A young man , Saifullah Rabiu , who had planned to commit suicide by hanging, was stopped from doing this by officials of the Kano state Fire Service on Thursday.
37-year-old Saifullah Rabiu, had already dropped a suicide note and was about hanging himself on a tree when he was stopped from doing so.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that Rabiu noted in the suicide note that he was owing someone N2 million which had to do with visa processing.
‘At about 10:07 am, our Central Control Room received an emergency call from the Ministry of Works and Housing, Kano state, reporting a rescue incident at the State Road by Nassarawa Emir’s house.
Following the call the fire service personnel on standby duty mobilised to the scene of the incident and arrived there at about 10:10 am.
On arrival, they promptly rescued a 37-year-old man alive, identified as Saifullahi Rabiu of Semegu Quarters, who was attempting to kill himself by hanging on a tree. The victim in a suicide note, said he owed someone over N2 million in respect of an entry Visa to foreign countries and he had though refunded about N500,000 out of the money as he said, but decided to kill himself due to the challenge and embarrassment the owner had subjected him to’ spokesman for the State Fire Service , Saminu Abdullahi, submitted in a statement he issued in Kano on Thursday-Team@orientactualmags.com
