Kano Information Commissioner Says Govt Secrets No Longer In ‘Safe Hands’ With Gwarzo As Deputy Gov, Urges Him To Resign
Alhaji Aminu Gwarzo has been asked to resign as Deputy Governor of Kano State because it is not reasonable keeping him in government as a member of opposition party.
The state Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Hon Ibrahim Waiya said it is important for the Deputy Governor to consider voluntary resignation having refused to join Governor Abba Yusuf in leaving NNPP for APC.

‘This is his personal decision, but there is no way someone who is no longer with you should be part of the routine council meeting.
Who knows with whom he might share important government secrets? In government, things are done based on trust, and you can’t trust someone who is not with you’ the commissioner said.
He also submitted that voluntary resignation is the best course of action for the Deputy Governor.
‘If I were him, I would humbly resign’ he said-Team@orientactualmags.com Do you have any information you wish to share with us? Do you want us to cover your event or programme? Kindly send SMS to 08035023079, 08059100286, 09094171980. Thank you
