Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has sent a message of congratulations to Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun on his 56th birthday.
The governor in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Rafiu Ajakaye acknowledged the outstanding support of the birthday celebrant for his administration over the years.
