Kwara Govt Grades 5 New Traditional Rulers…Presentation Of ‘Staff Of Office’ To Hold November 2nd, 5th

Kwara state Government on Monday announced that five traditional rulers in the state had gotten official recognition by getting graded and would be receiving their ‘staff of office’ this week.
Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon Lafia Aliyu Kora-Sabi in a statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com gave the names and towns of the newly graded traditional rulers as Onisapa of Isapa , Ekiti local government, HRH, Oba Oluwagbenga Adefioye – 4th Class , Olu of Apakere, Ifelodun local government, HRH, Oba Alhaji Isiaka Ismail Oderinde – 4th Class and the Alahun of Ahun, Ifelodun local government , HRH, Oba Afeere Idowu Ogunleye (JP) – 4th Class.
The remaining two traditional rulers are; Aala of Ilala, Irepodun local government , HRH , Oba Fatai Talabi – 3rd Class and the Alare of Isare Opin , Ekiti local government, HRH, Oba Owolabi Kayode Micheal-3rd Class .
The statement noted that the Executive Governor of Kwara state, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, had done this in exercise of the power conferred on him by the Chiefs (Appointment and Deposition Law) while adding that the presentation of ‘staff of office’ will be done at the respective communities of the graded traditional rulers on Wednesday, November 2nd , 2022 for those in the 4th Class category and Saturday,5th November,2022 for the 3rd Class category-Team@orientactualmags.com
