
Kwara State Government on Wednesday ordered immediate closure of Government High School, Adeta and Government Day Secondary School, Adeta, Ilorin sequel to student unrest.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned that the state Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Dr. Lawal Olohungbebe, who gave the directive, however noted that students who are taking the ongoing Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations (SSSCE) and teachers would be allowed access to their respective school premises for the period of their examination.

The commissioner also noted that wearing of ID card is mandatory for the SSSCE candidates, while urging parents and guardians to allow their children and wards to stay with them at home at least for now.
