Kwara: Lukman Atanda, Mohammad Abdulkadri, Lanre Olumoh Among Newly Elected Likeminds Foundation LeadersĀ 

Alhaji Lukman Abdulahi Atanda has emerged as new president of Likeminds Foundation, a non-political, and non-profit making body.

He was elected as new president of Likeminds Foundation during the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

High profile individuals and top faces in academics, law, judiciary, business, banking, and journalism attended the 2025 AGM that produced a 10-member new exco.

The new exco took over from the exco headed by the outgoing president, Alhaji Saheed Alakoso .

Other members of the new exco include Kayode Adam, a professor at the University of Ilorin, who is the 1st Vice President, Dr Lanre Olumoh, 2nd Vice president, Barrister Shehu Moyosore, a top official of Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU), General Secretary, and Prince Mohammad Abdulkadri, Director of Publicity.Ā 

Alhaji Ahmed Alasinrin was also elected as Assistant Director of Publicity, Engineer Abolore Alanamu, Assistant Secretary General, and MallamĀ  Abdullateef Na’allah, Assistant General Secretary II.

Other members of the new exco are Dr. Usman Shehu Aladire (Treasurer) and Dr Abdulkareem Bako (Auditor).

A statement made available to Team@orientactualmags.com noted that the election that produced the new exco was supervised by Dr. Shehu Olayiwola Abdulwahab, who is the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Nassarawa State while adding that he also presided over the oath-taking segment of the ceremony.

In his acceptance speech, the new president, Alhaji Lukman Atanda promised to ensure an inclusive administration with renewed vigour in order to take Likeminds Foundation to greater heights.

The statement noted that the 2025 AGM which was sponsored by a learned Silk and a committed member of the Likeminds Foundation, AU Mustapha, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, featured presentation of reports and presentation of awards to 20 founding members in recognition ofĀ their service to the organization and the community.Ā
