Kwara: Sallah Day Crash Leaves 1 Dead, 3 Injured
A crash involving four people on a bike in Ilorin left one person dead and three others injured on Friday.
Team@orientactualmags.com learned the bike had rammed into a stationary vehicle in the Balogun Fulani area of the Kwara state capital, the victims were returning from the Ilorin Eid prayer ground.
The chap, who sadly lost his life in the incident, Suraju, was said to be from Alamo compound, Okelele, Ilorin.
Suraju ,who was though rushed to a hospital for medical attention , unfortunately gave up the ghost and he had since been buried at the Muslim cemetery, Osere area, Ilorin.
It was learned that two of the injured persons are receiving medical attention at the General Hospital, Surulere, Ilorin while the third victim has been taken to a local bone treatment centre in Dada area.
Sympathizers were said to have thronged residence of the accident victim to commiserate with his family.
When contacted, the sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) in Kwara state, Frederick Ogidan, said the commission was not yet aware of the incident.
