A Kwara State APC chieftain, Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has continued to equip young people in Kwara South with the needed skills while also creating an enabling environment for them to unlock inherent potential.

Engineer Adeyemi, who is deeply passionate about youth development, has continued to empower the young people in Kwara South through ENACT Innovation Hub, Ajase-Ipo, Irepodun local government, Kwara State, which was established in 2020.
It is designed to serve as an organization that provides the young people opportunity to get trained in digital skills while also providing access to tech training, mentorship and the resources to come up with job-ready skills.
It is also to help in kindling creativity, inspiring collaboration, and nurturing future leaders.
Chief Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, an aerospace engineer, who was appointed as a member of the board of trustees of TETFUND in 2024, had established the Innovation Hub in 2020 to promote human capital development in Kwara South with the expectation that it will have a significant impact on labour productivity and earnings.
It was also a way of giving back to society and being optimistic about the future and empowering it.
Since coming into being in 2020, over 2,000 indigenes and residents of Kwara South have attended free training programmes at the innovation hub and the organization has established a strong reputation for building the capacity of the young people.
Team@orientactualmags.com reports that Kwara South indigenes and residents, who have attended training programmes at the ENACT Innovation Hub, have begun to share success stories of the skill acquisition centre.
Recall that Kehinde Olatayo Afolayan had after obtaining certificates in digital skills for business and Entrepreneurship in March this year taken to Facebook to acknowledge ENACT Innovation Hub as ‘foundation of my journey’, while many have also continued to share their success stories.
Olaoye Ayobami from Idofin Odo-Ashe , Oke-Ero Local Government,Kwara State ,who attended Digital Skills for Business training at the Innovation Hub in 2022, has emerged as an evidence of the organization’s unbroken relationship with its products.
Mr Olaoye received additional funding from the Principal of ENACT, Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun a few weeks ago, precisely, the fourth quarter of this year.
Recall also that Olaoye Ayobami had in 2022 commended Engineer Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun, for what he described as a timely, visionary, and people-centered intervention while noting that the training has significantly expanded his understanding of how digital tools can enhance productivity, improve brand visibility, and open new market opportunities for small and medium-scale businesses, especially in the rural communities.

Some among the participants had also praised Engineer Adeyemi’s consistent advocacy for grassroots development, describing the ENACT Innovation Hub as a practical reflection of his long-standing passion for empowering people and building sustainable communities.
